1. The Spark: A Battle of Narratives

The drama centers on two very different versions of the America’s Next Top Model story:

The “Official” Version: Netflix’s Reality Check: Inside America’s Next Top Model premieres February 16, 2026. It features Tyra Banks, Jay Manuel, Nigel Barker, and Miss J looking back at the show’s “problematic moments.” In the trailer, Tyra famously admits, “I knew I went too far.”

The “Unfiltered” Version: E!’s Dirty Rotten Scandals, airing March 11, 2026, features Lisa D’Amato and Janice Dickinson. This docuseries promises to expose the “psychological warfare” that D’Amato claims Tyra’s version will conveniently skip.

2. “Where is the Humanity?”

During her TMZ Live appearance, Lisa accused Tyra of being a shadow producer on the Netflix series to perform damage control.

“I believe she’s gonna soften the truths and not take any accountability because narcissists don’t know how to do that,” Lisa shared.

She further alleged that Tyra rushed the Netflix release to “get the first word” and one-up the E! exposé. Lisa’s biggest jab? Calling Tyra a “slimy little snake” for allegedly profiting off the childhood traumas of the contestants.

3. Psychological Warfare vs. Reality TV

Lisa has long compared the ANTM house to the Stanford Prison Experiment, claiming production deliberately “poked” at her past traumas for ratings. While Tyra’s Netflix doc is expected to focus on what was seen on camera—like the infamous “gap” incident or extreme makeovers—Lisa says her E! special will reveal what happened when the cameras weren’t rolling
